Bennett vs. Lampropoulos

Swapping Mark Shurtleff for Fred Lampropoulos is not necessarily a positive development for Sen. Bob Bennett. Shurtleff is much better known among the general public, but businessman Lampropoulos will have more resources (mostly his own money) and likely still has a following among delegates. He will put together a formidable campaign.

Still, Bennett has to be considered the favorite in the race. While I would say Bennett's campaign has had a shaky start and has taken too long to really get focused and organized at the grassroots level, the senator is beginning to hit his stride. ...
