Utah Democrats Defend Recovery Act
Utah House Democratic Leader David Litvack and Salt Lake City Economic Recovery Czar Ben McAdams say the federal Recovery Act has made "tremendous progress" in saving jobs and public works projects across Utah.
Litvack and McAdams, who is senior advisor to Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Becker, held a conference call with reporters to respond to the "many falsehoods spread by Republicans" in Utah and Washington, D.C., about the success of the Recovery Act.
