UTC Annual Members' Meeting

Please join the Utah Technology Council for its Annual Members' Meeting as we celebrate the triumphs of the last 12 months.

This year’s meeting will feature Robert Gay (bio), Managing Director, Co-Founder and CEO of Huntsman Gay Global Capital, as the keynote speaker. Mr. Gay has been involved in the private equity business since 1986 when he joined GE Capital and served as EVP of the GECC Capital Markets group. He then served as a Managing Director of Bain Capital for 15 years, overseeing Bain Capital Europe and opening the firm’s London and Munich offices. He has also formed and organized Sorenson Capital, a Utah middle-market private equity firm. A UofU graduate, Mr. Gay went on to earn his Ph.D. in Business Economics from Harvard University where he also taught. Following the keynote, several awards recognizing outstanding participation in the following peer forums will be presented: CEO, CFO, CTO, Emerging Exec, HR Exec, Marketing Exec and Sales Exec. Awards will also be given for Legislator of the Year and Volunteer of the Year.
