A GOP Litmus Test
NBC’s “First Read” blog reports that a proposed resolution making the rounds of members of the Republican National Committee would propose a “purity test” for GOP candidates.
The resolution has 10 “conservative principles” to measure candidates by. If the measure passes, candidates who disagree with 3 out of the 10 could have an endorsement and financial support withheld by the Republican National Committee.
