Hatch: Senate Could Pass BCS Bill

"The college football playoffs bill that appears to be stalled in the House could pass the Senate if the lower chamber voted it through, said Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) on Thursday. Hatch, who is a staunch opponent of the Bowl Championship Series (BCS) system targeted by the bill, told The Hill he believes senators could rally around the legislation."
