NCSL Legislative Summit

At The Senate Site, Ric Cantrell notes: "Each year, NCSL gathers legislators and legislative staffers from around the country for a legislative summit. In 2004, the annual meeting was in Salt Lake City. This year it's Philadelphia. 4 days. 150+ informative sessions. World-class speakers. Tons of discussion. Here's the AGENDA. Utah will be at NCSL in fewer numbers than usual this year, but with enough people to cover much of the conference and bring back policy insight. By learning what succeeded or failed in other states and exchanging information with experts, legislators and staff can bring home new ideas that should result in significant savings and positive policy impact."
