Rolly: Jowers for Lt. Guv?
Salt Lake Tribune columnist Paul Rolly says Hinckley Institute of Politics Director Kirk Jowers has risen "to number one on Gov.-in-waiting Gary Herbert's list to replace him as lieutenant governor," but reportedly isn't interested in the job.
