Sutherland Issues Budget Recommendations

In anticipation of January's legislative session, The Sutherland Institute "has prepared a list of 10 suggestions for legislators to consider in an effort to help alleviate some of the current budget situation, and place the state on a more firm policy foundation going forward" (see press release).
