SUWA: Dust Storms Causing Climate Change

The Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance has posted a YouTube video condemning the Utah BLM for failing to mitigate eastern Utah dust storms, which SUWA says are causing "regional climate change" by triggering early snowmelt in the mountains of Colorado.
