SUWA Praises Oil and Gas Reforms

The Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance applauds the federal oil and gas leasing policy reforms announced Wednesday by Interior Secretary Ken Salazar. Says SUWA's Steve Bloch: "Utah's remarkable redrock wilderness suffered greatly under the prior administration's policies ... Secretary Salazar's proposed reforms, when fully implemented, will bring common sense back to public land management" (see press release).
