UAC Announces Executive Officer Candidates

The Utah Association of Counties announces that "Millard County Commissioner Daron Smith, who is currently serving as first vice president, will run unopposed as the president of UAC for 2010. Utah County Commissioner Larry Ellertson, the current second vice president, will also run unopposed to fill the position vacated by Smith. ... Those running for second vice president are Salt Lake County Auditor Jeff Hatch and Utah County Treasurer Robert Kirk. Running for Secretary are San Juan County Clerk/Auditor Norm Johnson and Wasatch County Surveyor Jim Kaiserman. Voting will take place during UAC's Annual Convention, November 11-13 in St. George."
