Warchol: 'Coal in Noel's Stocking'

Glen Warchol notes: "You know that old joke: 'A conservative is a liberal who as been mugged and a liberal is a conservative who got arrested?' You might want to avoid telling it to state Rep. Mike Noel, R-Kanab, for a while. State regulators gave Alton Coal company the green light to a surface coal mine on private lands in Kane County. That should make 'drill, baby, drill' Noel happy. Right? Not exactly. Noel says some of his constituents are upset that the coal company plans to run trucks loaded with Utah's black gold through town -- noise, dust and other environmental issues, apparently."
