Jon Huntsman Puts His D.C. Townhouse Up For Sale

Read into this what you will. Jon Huntsman is selling his Washington, D.C. townhouse for $4.2 million.

Huntsman purchased the home in 2010. He used it as a “home base” of sorts during his failed 2012 primary run for the GOP presidential nomination.

The Washington Post spotted the listing:

The former ambassador to China and GOP presidential candidate is giving up his 5,000 square foot home in Kalorama, which served as his (and his colorful daughters) D.C. base during his short-lived 2012 primary campaign. The 1911 townhouse boasts five bedrooms, four baths, five fireplaces and (fun fact) was a home for “Top Chef” contestants before Huntsman bought the place for $3.6 million in 2010.
