In April, UtahPolicy.com cited a source about possible charges against former Attorneys General John Swallow and Mark Shurtleff. Part of that report was in error.
We reported that both Swallow and Shurtleff could be facing up to a dozen counts each. That part of the report was correct.
However, our source indicated that Jason Powers, Swallow's campaign consultant could be charged as well, along with Deputy Attorney General Kirk Torgenson. That part of the report was in error as both Powers and Torgenson are now on the witness list against Shurtleff and Swallow.
