Utah House Speaker Greg Hughes talks about what did and didn't happen during the 2015 Utah Legislature.
He says he was disappointed the narrative surrounding the fight over Medicaid expansion painted him as an obstructionist when he was able to move his caucus toward a solution. He regrets that they simply ran out of time before coming to a resolution.
