The State Records Committee will hold a meeting on Friday, June 15, 2012. The meeting will be held in the Courtyard Meeting Room, State Archives Building, 346 South Rio Grande Street (455 West), Salt Lake City, Utah, beginning at 9:30 a.m. This is a public meeting, and anyone can attend. Committee business and three hearings are scheduled.

HEARINGS 1. Alan Grant vs. Department of Corrections. Mr. Grant is appealing the denial of a video surveillance film of an attack on him while incarcerated at the Central Utah Correctional Facility. 2. Andrew McCullough vs. Utah Tax Commission, Drivers License Division. Mr. McCullough is appealing the denial of a letter from the division that would allow him to request a refund of an impound fee. 3. Ken Cromar vs. Cedar Hills. Mr. Cromar is appealing the partial denial of email correspondence from the City of Cedar Hills.

BUSINESS 1. Approval of May 10, 2012, SRC Minutes, action item 2. Approval of retention schedules, action item 3. Nominations of new members for Committee vacancies, action item 4. SRC appeals received 5. Cases in District Court 6. Other Business
