The Sutherland Institute has posted a recap of the immigration forum it hosted last Thursday. John C. Wester, Bishop of the Salt Lake Catholic Diocese, and Brett Tolman, former U.S. Attorney for Utah, participated in the forum, with Sutherland President Paul Mero as moderator. Both Wester and Tolman "agreed that while illegal immigration engenders passionate discussion, the onus is ultimately on the federal government."
