The NRCC is not putting any money into Morgan Philpot’s effort to unseat Jim Matheson in November.  However, one group that has some cache in Utah says Utah’s Second District is one of 103 Democratic-held seats that could flip.

It’s hard to pin down their methodology, but the Club for Growth says they count 103 Democratic seats in play in November.  The blog post says they are tracking four pundits who rate house races.

According to their numbers, Matheson’s seat is the 92nd “most likely” to switch parties out of the 103.
