In a major speech, Mitt Romney defends the healthcare overhaul he enacted as governor of Massachusetts, which many Republicans condemn for its similarities with Obamacare.
Speaking at the University of Michigan Cardiovascular Center, Mr. Romney provided what he said were contrasts between the Massachusetts law, which he defended, and the one Mr. Obama signed into law, which he criticized as federal overreach.
