SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 28, 2011  Overstock.com Inc. today announced that The National Retail Federation and American Express have named Overstock as one of the top ten retailers in the country for the sixth year in a row. The final ranking of those top ten will be revealed at NRF's Annual Retail Industry Luncheon on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, during NRF's 101st Annual Convention and EXPO.

"We are proud to be included in this list for the sixth consecutive year, especially since customer satisfaction is always our first priority," said Overstock.com CEO, Patrick Byrne. "It is gratifying to see the tremendous work of Overstock's Customer Care team being recognized amongst our respected retailer peers. Once again, I am indebted to Stormy Simon, Ralph Mondeaux, and Brian Popelka. We are looking forward to the official rankings in January."

In addition to its inclusion in the Top Ten National Retail Federation/American Express award for Customer Service, Overstock has received numerous other awards. The industry groups Gartner and 1to1 awarded Overstock the #1 in customer service ranking in 2008. Recently, Forbes reported that Overstock was ranked #1 for employee satisfaction in the entire U.S. retail industry, and U.S. News reported that Overstock is the #9th best place to work among all corporations in the United States.
