If one were to judge by social media, Gov. Gary Herbert's veto of HB 363 has been rather well received.
PoliticIt measured the tone of more than 500 Tweets following the governor's veto and finds that very few of them were negative.

The veto also helped Herbert's impact on Twitter. PoliticIt says the Governor averaged 7 new followers a day in the month leading up to the veto. Since he nixed HB363, Herbert has averaged 22 new followers a day.
