A new Republican ad blisters Jim Matheson for voting in favor of the stimulus.

The ad from the National Republican Congressional Committe, titled "Disappointing," started airing over the weekend.

Jim Matheson: "We've got to stop spending and live within our means."

Announcer: "But Jim Matheson has supported President Obama and Nancy Pelosi's reckless spending policies. In fact, Matheson was the only Member in Utah to vote for Obama's $800 billion stimulus. The only one. And Matheson sided with Obama and increased the national debt limit without spending cuts. Jim Matheson is a nice enough guy, but he's let us down and there is too much at stake for America."
