SheTech Explorer Day 2026 is officially in the books — and we wanted to share the impact with you.
More than 3,500 high school girls from across Utah gathered for a day designed to expand what they believe is possible in technology and STEM careers.
This year’s event brought together:
- 3,500+ students statewide
- 1,000+ industry mentors
- 150+ companies and partners
- Universities and workforce leaders from across the state
Students explored hands-on experiences in AI, robotics, energy innovation, creative technology, healthcare, automation, and emerging career pathways — connecting directly with the professionals who are shaping Utah’s innovation economy.
The energy in the room was powerful. Representation was visible. Pathways felt tangible. Futures felt closer.
SheTech is now in its 13th year, and Explorer Day is just one part of a year-round effort that includes internships, leadership boards, student clubs, AI-focused programming, and ongoing industry connection. Together, these initiatives continue strengthening Utah’s future workforce pipeline.
