A new survey finds most Americans want Congress to either scale back or completely repeal Obamacare.
Gallup says 52% would like major changes to the Affordable Care Act, while just 37% would would like to keep the law the way it is or expanded.
Not surprisingly, Republicans are most in favor of repeal (68%). Just 29% of independents and 6% of Democrats would like to see the law repealed.
