Republican Mitt Romney has a nearly 7-1 campaign cash advantage over Democrat Jenny Wilson heading into the final weeks of the 2018 campaign.
Quarterly Federal Election Commission reports show Romney raised $495,111 during the period covering July to October. During that same period, Wilson pulled in $173,740.
Romney has $855,034 left in his coffers for the stretch run to November while Wilson has $125,766 remaining.
Overall, Romney has raised $3.61 million since he jumped into the race earlier this year, which does not include the $1 million he transferred to his U.S. Senate campaign left over from his 2012 presidential run. Romney transferred another $200,000 from his previous presidential campaign to his Senate bid this quarter.
Wilson has pulled in $855,554 so far this election cycle, which is more than double the amount any Democrat has raised for a U.S. Senate race in Utah since 2000.

- 2012 – Scott Howell raised $421,086 for his rematch with Orrin Hatch.
- 2016 – Misty Snow reported $76,888 against Mike Lee.
Constitution Party candidate Tim Aalders reported contributions of $5,444 for the most recent quarter and $2,530 in cash available. He has loaned his campaign $78,300 so far.
Polls show Romney is an overwhelming favorite to win the race in November, replacing Sen. Orrin Hatch who is retiring after 42 years in the Senate.
