The latest round of PoliticIt scores, which measures a politicians online influence, finds Republican Mia Love out in front of Owens by more than double.
Owens score is surprisingly high compared to Love, especially since he has only been in the race for a few months.
The PoliticIt score takes into account social media, Wikipedia and other online sources. It has proven to be an accurate barometer of election outcomes. They measured the online influence of 90 elections in 2012 with an 87% accuracy.
