Even though we haven't even gone to the polls for the 2014 election, there are 65 people who might run for president in 2016.
The Hill found 23 Democrats and 42 Republicans who are either eyeing a bid or have been mentioned as a candidate.
Obviously not all of these people are going to run, and some have expressly ruled out a 2016 bid. But, remember then Sen. Barack Obama said he wasn't going to run for president prior to mounting his 2008 bid.
