Utah Small Business Selected by Navy to Compete for Prestigious Contracts

Centeva LLC, an 8(a), woman-owned business, recently won the right to compete for contracts under the Navy’s new Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) Multiple Award Contract vehicle for Zone 6, which includes Utah and various surrounding states.

Centeva was founded in 2006, and is a Utah-based company owned by Jan Quan-Esplin. Centeva specializes in the fields of Acquisition Support Services, Acquisition System Support, Data Management, FPDS Auditing, and System Integration.

“We are so pleased to be one of only a handful of companies selected for this opportunity. We anticipate this being a source of great growth to our company, said Jan Quan-Esplin, Centeva CEO.”

Only 464 companies were selected to participate in the open enrollment at this time. The Seaport-e schedule includes numerous functional areas, including system design documentation and technical data support; software engineering, development, programming, and network support; configuration management support; Information Technology Support; and Clerical and Administrative Support.

Over the past eight years, Centeva has directly led dozens of complex projects for federal agencies with heavy project management, planning, and analysis components.  To date, Centeva has won more than 30 contracts worth over $30 million with various federal clients.
