Better Utah to Screen Documentary – 91% – at the Impact Hub

The Alliance for a Better Utah, as part of the monthly “Movies That Matter” series hosted in partnership with the Impact Hub, will screen the documentary, 91%, on Wednesday, August 10th at 7:30 PM.

91% is a film that explores the discrepancy between the public’s 91% support for universal background checks when purchasing guns and Congress’ failure to pass universal background check legislation. The film features Carolyn Tuft, a Utah mom who lost her daughter in the Trolley Square shooting and whose life has been forever changed by that one incidence of gun violence. Carolyn will be in attendance for the screening.
