High Tech Road Show to Visit Salt Lake City

The National U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce, headquartered in Washington, DC and with offices in Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, Houston, and New York, is leading a high-level trade and investment road show to Salt Lake City, UT on January 6-7, 2014.  The delegation consists of over 40 business and government leaders from six Middle East & North Africa (MENA) countries, including:

While in Utah, the National U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, the World Trade Center Utah, and the Utah Export Assistance Center (U.S. Commercial Service), will provide a platform to connect the MENA delegation with members of the Utah business community interested in trade and investment opportunities in the Middle East and North Africa, particularly in the areas of Internet technologies, computer software, and cutting edge digital and communications technologies.  This platform includes a Business Briefing/Networking event Jan. 6 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Marriott Hotel City Creek, and company site visits January 7 to IT/software leaders in Salt Lake City, Cottonwood, Murray, South Jordan, American Fork, Orem and Provo.

The Road Show will continue to Las Vegas to attend the Consumer Electronics Show, and will conclude in Silicon Valley, where the delegation will attend Executive Briefings at the headquarters of many top ICT companies, including Microsoft, Intel, Juniper, VMware, OsiSoft, HP, EMC2, and others.
