Dave Grow is the president and COO at Lucidchart. Since joining the company 8 years ago, he has been responsible for building out the product and business teams, including product management, marketing, sales, customer support and operations. Prior to joining Lucidchart, Dave worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company. He graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Business Management and currently serves as an independent board member at Bitly.

Brandon Peay is the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations at Pluralsight, the technology learning platform. Brandon joined Pluralsight in December 2014 as Head of Corp Dev and FP&A and moved into the role of Chief of Staff to the CEO in June 2015. He accepted his current position in April 2017.
