The Exoro Group, a public policy/ public relations firm is seeking a full-time Associate at its office in downtown Salt Lake City. Exoro, founded in 2002, serves the best corporations, governmental entities and non-profits. We achieve results by blending scientific analysis, modern communications and deep connections.   

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public policy, public relations, journalism, psychology, business or other applicable degree
  • Minimum of four plus years of relevant experience
  • Significant communications and/or policy experience; particularly a blend of advocacy and public or media relations preferred.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Detail oriented
  • Project management precision abilities
  • Analytical thinker, strong problem-solver
  • Graphic design skills a plus
  • Clear concise: writing and speaking abilities
  • Strong anticipation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office:

      Excel; Word; Power Point
  • Strong understanding of comms trends, applications and best practices incl. social media
  • Continually improving knowledge and skills

Work environment

  • Collegial and collaborative; expected to work independently and on a team
  • Deadline driven
  • High expectation of work completion
  • Values building successful relationships – both client and stakeholder
