In the proclamation, Gov. Herbert notes the economic importance of clean energy and says, “Utah’s diverse energy sector, including the renewable energy sector and energy efficiency, is a growing part of the economy and has been a key driver of Utah’s economic success.”
Utah is now one of 21 states, and Washington, D.C., to formally recognize National Clean Energy Week 2020.
