NFIB endorses Blake Moore for 1st District Congress

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, has endorsed Blake Moore for election to represent Utah’s 1st Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives.

“We are confident that Blake Moore will be a reliable pro-small business Member of Congress,” said Candace Daly, NFIB’s Utah State Director. “He has a deep understanding of the issues our members face and is committed to supporting efforts to help alleviate costly regulations on small business owners, such as mandatory paid leave and beneficial ownership reporting requirements. We are pleased to endorse Blake Moore for election to the U.S. House of Representatives, and we look forward to working with him in Congress.”

“Blake Moore is the kind of advocate that small businesses need in Congress,” said NFIB National Political Director Sharon Sussin. “He knows Utah’s small business community and will be a dedicated ally for small business owners everywhere in Congress.”

Blake Moore’s endorsement comes from NFIB FedPAC, the organization’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by NFIB member donations above membership dues. Decisions made by NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation process. Small business owners are influential in their communities and NFIB members in Utah will work hard to elect Blake Moore to Congress.
