Utah entrepreneur, success coach, philanthropist, and author David Ibarra announced today the newly acquired licensing rights to establish training and certification programs based on Dr. Napoleon Hill’s Science of Success philosophy in mainland China (including Hong Kong) and Singapore. The agreements with the Napoleon Hill Foundation make Ibarra the largest licensee of Think and Grow Rich seminars in the world.
Ibarra has already founded learning institutes in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean with certified life coaches and seminar trainers in Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Cuba, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico. These programs provide a suite of live and technology-based training and coaching solutions that allow people to identify their purpose and apply it to achieve success.

The son of a Mexican immigrant father and a rural Utah mother, Ibarra spent much of his childhood in foster care. He began his career in the hospitality industry as a dishwasher. With the influence of Think and Grow Rich, ten years later he became the youngest franchise owner of Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlour Restaurant and has since founded several companies.
