David Shimer’s new book, Rigged: America, Russia, and One Hundred Years of Covert Electoral Interference, details the history of how both countries have attempted to put their thumb on the scales of democracy around the globe. Shimer also delivers a stark warning about the 2020 election as Russia’s efforts continue apace.
