Governor Gary Herbert joins Bob Bernick and Bryan Schott to wrap up the 2015 Utah Legislature.
Herbert says even though lawmakers didn't come to an agreement on Medicaid expansion, it will happen in some shape or form. He also talks about the many good things lawmakers did during the session.
Herbert also talks about what, if any, legislation he's considering vetoing.
