Justice Department

A federal appeals court ordered a lower-court judge to drop the felony false-statement case against former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn. The ruling comes after Attorney General William Barr moved to pull the plug on Flynn's prosecution after he had twice pled guilty to lying to the FBI [USA Today].
