Gov. Gary Herbert won another term in 2016, becoming just the third Utahn to win three elections for governor.
That win came relatively easily, which gives Herbert a lot of political capital to work with over the next four years. Herbert says he wants to focus on improving Utah’s educational system, but will he be able to do that without a massive influx of spending?
