Mike Kennedy raised just over $151,000 during the past two months for his U.S. Senate run, bringing his total fundraising haul since he launched his campaign to just over $190,000.
That total lags far behind his GOP primary opponent, Mitt Romney, who has raised more than $2.6 million.
Kennedy also loaned his campaign another $45,000 during the past two months, raising the total amount of his own money that has gone into his campaign to $295,000.
Most of Kennedy’s individual donations have come from Utah, with the Beehive State accounting for $21,950 in contributions. Indiana is in a distant second place followed by New York, Iowa, and Arizona.
Kennedy also reported a $2,500 donation from the Term Limits Now Political Action Committee.
The most recent UtahPolicy.com survey showed Kennedy trailing Romney by 43 points among likely GOP primary voters ahead of the June 26 primary election.
