Sen. Mitt Romney said Wednesday he has a new plan to replace ObamaCare but did not provide any details.

“It’s a replacement for ObamaCare. We’re ready with that, but we’ll see what kind of support we get,” Romney told The Hill. Details of Romney’s plan were first reported by Bloomberg.

Romney would not elaborate on when his plan would be released, saying it “depends on the support, or lack thereof.”

Romney is the only Republican in Congress to successfully implement a healthcare bill, which came when he was Governor of Massachusetts. Romney’s plan was the original template for ObamaCare.

Democrats successfully retook control of the House during the 2018 midterms by attacking Republicans over their efforts to eliminate the Affordable Care Act. Currently, a Republican-backed lawsuit seeking to completely overturn the law is making its way through the courts.

Earlier this year Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell shut down a new attempt by President Donald Trump to repeal and replace the ACA.
