Curtis applauds passage of bipartisan border relief legislation

Congressional News 01

Representative John Curtis (R-UT) released the following statement after the House of Representatives passed the Senate’s bipartisan bill to provide humanitarian relief at the Southern border:

“The images we’ve seen at the border have been horrifying. I am pleased that Democrat Leadership finally put partisanship aside and brought up a bipartisan bill that can quickly  be signed into law and get much-needed resources to the humanitarian and security crisis at the border,” said Curtis. “Congress still has a lot of work to do on securing our border and fixing our outdated immigration laws—I stand ready to work with my colleagues on long-term solutions.”
