Nearly 40 years and you haven’t changed a bit – NOT! After putting in a collective 36 years of service, the makeup of the Provo City Council is changing dramatically in January.
Four council members will be retiring from office: Gary Winterton, Kay Van Buren, Dave Knecht, and George Stewart.
