Cox has ordered the flags of the United States of America and the great state of Utah to be lowered in recognition of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day. Flags should be lowered to the half-staff position beginning at midnight on Dec. 7, 2022 until midnight on Dec. 8, 2022. Gov.
