The Utah State Board of Education is seeking public feedback on a Tydings Waiver Request that it plans to submit to the Department of Education. If approved, the request would extend the period of availability for the remaining Fiscal Year 2020 State Assessment Formula Grant Funds (Title 1, Part B) until March 30, 2024.
The public feedback period will run for 10 days, through September 3, 2024.
