An impartial, nonpartisan panel of judges, appointed by the GFOA, evaluated Salt Lake County’s annual comprehensive financial report. Their review confirmed that our report not only meets but also exceeds the program’s stringent criteria, embodying a spirit of full disclosure. The Certificate of Achievement underscores our success in creating a transparent, accessible report that effectively tells the financial story of Salt Lake County.
