The House Committee on Natural Resources is coming to St. George, UT next Monday, April 22nd, for a field hearing hosted by Reps. Celeste Maloy and John Curtis.
The Subcommittee on Federal Lands oversight field hearing is titled, “Empowering Local Voices and Stopping Federal Overreach to Improve the Management of Utah’s Public Lands.“
Reps. Maloy and Curtis are working to ensure Utah’s rural communities have the economic development and resources they need to prosper. This field hearing will focus on oversight and empower local voices to stop federal overreach to improve the management of Utah’s public lands. Topics of discussion will include the Northern Corridor Highway, water resources on public lands, and more.
