The House Freedom Fund announced today that they have endorsed nine pro-Freedom Caucus conservatives running for Congress in key districts across the country, including Colby Jenkins in Utah’s 2nd congressional district. In announcing these endorsements, they posted the following statement:
“Winning these races is key to keeping the Democrats from taking over the House and electing Republicans who will truly fight for our principles and values.”
The House Freedom Fund only supports candidates for Congress who are dedicated to open, accountable, and limited government – candidates who will fight to defend the Constitution and advance policies that promote liberty, safety, and prosperity for all Americans.
Colby Jenkins issued the following statement in response to the endorsement from the House Freedom Fund:
“Our campaign is grateful for the trust, endorsement, and support given to us from the House Freedom Fund. I look forward to joining the House Freedom Caucus and fighting alongside other constitutional conservatives to push back against the DC establishment and advance the principles of freedom and limited government.”
This endorsement comes on the heels of Jenkins receiving the endorsement of Senator Mike Lee, former Trump administration official Kash Patel, and 57% of Republican Party state delegates in CD 2.
