After three years of research and interviewing Heber City residents, four groups of UVU communication students will present proposals of how to address the city’s affordable housing crisis to the Heber City Council. Part of the proposals includes amending Heber’s Moderate Income Housing Plan and teaching residents how to work with the city council to achieve their housing goals.
