Lane Beattie, president and CEO of the Salt Lake Chamber, issued the following statement regarding the revenue estimates that were released Monday by the state’s Executive Appropriations Committee.
“We are encouraged by the recently released state revenue estimates. They demonstrate that our state’s businesses are thriving. As the second-fastest growing economy in the nation we need to make disciplined investments to prioritize our numerous needs in order to sustain our economic momentum.”
